Why do I need an Event Planner?
Whether you’re entertaining clients on-site or managing multiple suppliers, tight deadlines, and strict timings, your dedicated event manager will ensure everything runs smoothly. Gilli will keep things on track, handling all the details, and providing regular updates throughout both the planning and event execution.
How do you charge for your services?
After our initial meeting to discuss your vision and requirements, I will provide a detailed scope of work, along with my rates and an estimate of hours or days required for the project.
Are Deposits Refundable?
Depending on the size of the project, a 50% deposit may be required one month prior to the event. Please note that once this deposit is paid, it is non-refundable.
What kind of events do you plan?
Specializing in corporate entertainment, brand events, weddings, and private parties, Gilli brings years of experience to every project. With a proven track record, there are minimal limitations to the types of events I can handle, ensuring each one is executed flawlessly.
